Collaboration and Support
Finding the right support can be difficult and daunting. Whether you are seeking help for yourself or your child, I use a collaborative approach to help you identify your needs and develop a plan to reach your goals. I've worked with a wide range of challenges and mental health issues including anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, relational and social issues, as well as the unique difficulties of children and adolescents. I'm here to assist you and/or your child to develop the skills to feel better and more effective.
I've worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families for 20+ years. After graduating from SU in 2003, I participated in an intensive clinical training fellowship at the Yale Child Study Center. Since then, I have continued to work with a variety of emotional and behavioral difficulties. I truly enjoy and feel passionate about my work.
